Mexican Night

Anybody with a problem with Mexican immigration to the US obviously has never had a group of Mexicans cook for them. BEST MEAL EVER. Guacamole, salsa, pico de gallo, quesadillas, mole tortillas (maybe mole poblano?) and mojitos.  And wonderful company. Ah, a girl could get used to this.
